"Natural Parent's Rights" Vs "Parent's Rights"

It comes as a big surprise to us that the majority of Canadian groups that present themselves as "Parents Rights" groups  do NOT subscribe our position that it is the NATURAL PARENT who's rights are being robbed, making Family Courts an over-the-counter Child Trafficking business .  Perhaps this will surprise you also. Perhaps you too, have been duped.

It appears to be normal in Canada, that  that what calls itself a "Parent's Rights" group - at least those with funding and prominence - is being run from the perspective of Homosexual Activists and Step Parents wishing to displace Natural Parents.  They insist that ALL the classes of "parents", be they Homosexual Lovers of a Natural Parent, Step-Parents, Legal Parents, Foster Parents and so on must be given equal status in Law with Natural Parents, and what Statutory Amendments must must reflect a "modern" view of the Family which is "Community" or "Constellation" rather than "Nuclear" family consisting of a Natural Father and Mother living together or apart.  They are EXTREMELY hostile to our view that  it is the NATURAL PARENT that is being robbed of their historic and Common Law rights to be the Custodians of their Natural Children until they attain an Age of Majority. 

They are EXTREMELY insistent that attention NOT be brought to the ELIMINATION of Natural Parents' Rights in the Canadian Homosexual Marriage legislation.  We know of no major "Father's Rights" group in Canada which is not scrutinized and actively censures it's Member by those defending Homosexual displacement of Natural Parents.  At Meetings they harangue, mock and overtalk you.  In blogs and Yahoo groups they expel you.  Some join Canadian  Gay Parades where children are painted up, cross-dressed, and forced to accept public nudity, homosexual sex acts public demonstrations of sex acts, flagrant law-breaking and Cross-Dressing as their lifestyle.  Recall at least 40% and maybe 50% of Judges are Homosexual.  and that promoting Homosexuality has been identified as a vehicle to reduce World Population by the Club of Rome and the Rockefellers. for at least forty years.

My Experience with "Mens Groups" in Vancouver, BC

This echoes this writers' experience in the first years of Separation.  I was told by the Social Services "Helpline" to go to certain "Men's Groups" - these groups were funded for this purpose - and they gave me a list of groups to attend..  I did.  I couldn't understand why nobody there had children or understand my anxiety over not knowing where my children were, where my wife was, etc..  Their concerns always seems to revolve around my sexual activity - or lack thereof - insisting it was "unhealthy" that I hadn't had sex for <some time>. 

Over the months, they kept wanting me to go to dinner with them to "relax" and go camping with them where we would go into a Sweat Lodge, oil each other down and "Beat our Drums",.   I said "No Thank you", and kept coming back hoping to find a Dad who could help me out with Family Court.   As I recall no Dad showed up at that group.

After a couple of months or so, a trio of total Flamers started showing up, which I tried to ignore.  During the Meeting the "regular" guys told me again how important for "Men's Health" that I have sex.  They nodded at the "Flamers" saying they were available to do the dirty deed, that they really liked doing it, and told me I should just close my eyes and imagine it was a woman.  I would feel a lot better afterwards, they said. 

After a few Meetings with me trying to brush them off, they got pretty aggressive with me, and demanded an answer as to why I would care whether it was a man or a woman?  I was there for help with my family problems on the advise of the "Helpline" and all these guys cared about was my 'sexual health' and putting me on the defensive about why I wouldn't accept the oral services they were offering!!!  

I never went back there again.  I went to another group on the List.  The second group the "Leader" made a point of introducing himself as a Homosexual, which I tried to ignore.  He was a very nice fellow, but completely incapable of being any assistance on Family Court .  He told us his Story.... that he was raised without a father, and that he was desperately lonely alone in the house while his mother worked.  At five, his only friend it seemed was a man in the neighborhood who spent time with him, comforted him while he lay face down on the floor by  by stroking his legs.  In time he was seduced into a homosexual relationship.  All the while, his mother was too busy to know what was going on at home while she was at work.  He was careful to point out, though his first sexual experience being with the neighborhood pedophile this had nothing to do with his being Homosexual.  He claimed he was "born" a Homosexual.

I didn't have the heart to tell him there had just been a study released that had interviewed thousands of homosexuals and asked  them  hundreds of questions seeking the factors that that correlated with homosexuality.  The MOST HIGHLY CORRELATED FACTOR WAS "RAISED WITHOUT A FATHER". 

Other studies, BTW, have shown that "Last Born Male". is highly correlated with homosexuality.  Both of these stats tell you that genetics hasn't a lot to do with homosexual origins.

Eventually I quit that group and went to another on the List.....  which also seemed pretty fruity with the oil, the sweat lodges, etc, so I went to yet another.  Same old stuff there, too.

At this  point I quit going to "Men's groups"

Many years later, I was told to go to a government funded private office for "Counseling" during the years of my having been put onto "Supervised Access" because I had caught my child's teacher shoving him onto the school floor and then darting away when she saw me entering the room.  I had foolishly gone to the School Board to report her.  The School Board's response was to have an Order of Supervised Access made out in which a Condition of us seeing each other was that neither of us could "speak negatively" of the teacher whom I witnessed shoving him onto the ground, and whom he said had been doing this for months, but he had been forbidden to say anything about it to me.  He was still very compliant on those days but fortunately he learned to rebel over the course of the Supervision.

The Bulletin Board of the government funded private office was packed with pamphlets and notices on STDs, Homosexuality, "Coming Out", Abortion rights, and of course loads of pamphlets about "Living in an Abuse Relationship" with a man which ultimately will lead to Male Violence.  Curiously there were plenty of pamphlets too about Lesbians Battering Women, addressing the bizarrely high rate of violence and murder in homosexual pairs I had never guessed at until a criminal lawyer tipped me off..  

In due time, I made regular complaints there about the Bulletin Board, that they had no programs or Meeting Space for NCP Dads.  (I was hoping we could have  Meeting there, and described what we might do.) Some months later the bulletin board was stripped, and I was told they were starting a "Dad's" group,  which they thought I should attend, and I should round up the Dads and bring them along.

Wouldn't you know it, they rejected the Volunteer model, I suggested, and had HIRED a couple of guys to run the program.  One was an openly gay bottom, and the other who was at least a very aggressive domineering Homophile.  You have to wonder why the government jobs keep going to these guys.  Our guess after going to a Courthouse with a lawyer friend and seeing how things work down there, we have coined the phrase "Sexual Nepotism".to explain the rather obvious power base taking over many government offices.

We were expected to recite with the Leader a Prayer to a strange "earth goddess" type of Deity at the end of the Meetings - an obviously New Age perv-Version of a Recovery Group's "God, grant me the Serenity ...." prayer.

Be on the lookout for the "Parent's Rights" IMPOSTER.  Insist on "Natural Parents Only", please!

It comes as a big surprise to us that many groups that present themselves as "Parents Rights" groups  REFUSE to defend the  NATURAL PARENT, and  and to demand RESTORATION of Natural Parents Rights taken from Canadians in the Homosexual Marriage legislation.

Instead their position to promote the "rights" of  a "Parent" in the widest sense of the word, making NO distinction  between NATURAL PARENTS and wannaabe Legal Parents.  They have bowed to University of Victoria's  assertion that  the SCC's Trociuk Decision "endorses a Heterosexual View of the Family and must be ignored", legitimizing the ongoing Child Trafficking by the State which views Canadian children as State Property and merchandise for  sale in the lucrative Child Adoption Market  They refuse to be hampered by prior obligations to that pesky Natural Parent who thinks they can Veto an Adoption.

It appears that many "Fathers Rights" groups commonly fall in with the United Nations and Liberal Irwin Cotler's assertion that the Child's Right is to be protected, but the Natural Parent has "NO RIGHTS", making the State, not the Natural Parents the Protector of the Child..

Without Cause or Consent, no Child shall be removed from a Natural Parent!!!
