Instead their position to promote the "rights" of
a "Parent" in the widest sense of the word, making NO distinction
between NATURAL PARENTS and wannaabe

assertion that the SCC's
Trociuk Decision
"endorses a
Heterosexual View of the Family and must be ignored",
legitimizing the ongoing
Child
Trafficking by the State which views
 Canadian
children as State Property and merchandise for sale in the
lucrative Child Adoption
Market They refuse to be hampered by prior obligations to that
pesky Natural Parent who thinks they can
Veto an Adoption.
It appears that many
"Fathers Rights" groups commonly fall in with the United Nations and

Child's Right is to be protected, but the Natural Parent has
"NO RIGHTS", making the

Jay Hill, MP
(Prince George – Peace River) here in British Columbia.
“I’m
pushing for equality —both parents should have equal rights and equal
access to their child,”
Hill said. “The courts
seem to start from the premise that somehow fathers aren’t responsible
parents. But both parents are deemed good parents as long as the
marriage lasts; why are they not when the marriage ends?”

We are fortunate in British Columbia to have a
number of pro-family parliamentarians. Of particular
prominence is Paul Forseth,
M.P. - member of the "For the Sake of the Children"
Committee, co-author of the
Dissenting Opinions, and a staunch advocate of pro-family
concerns. Paul has put in many years pushing to have Equal
Parenting issues brought forward to the Canadian Parliament, and
faced fierce opposition from the Prime Minister. Both
Paul and Senator Cools have pressed on to redeem fathers from groups
like the Status of Women (SOW) enduring multiple death
threats from various radical feminist groups while serving on the
Committee. These MPs are tough.

Parenting-BC: "Conservatives are committed to
Shared Parenting. The national party “Policy Declaration” that was
passed by delegates at our March 2005 Montreal convention says
clearly that: 65. Shared Parenting: A
Conservative Government will make the necessary changes to the
Divorce Act to ensure that in the event of a marital breakdown, the
Divorce Act will allow both parents and all grandparents to maintain
a meaningful relationship with their children and grandchildren,
unless it is clearly demonstrated not to be in the best interests of
the children.
My Liberal colleagues that served with me on
the Senate-Commons committee that wrote the “For
the Sake of the Children report, admitted that they have
little confidence that their Party will ever enact the needed
amendments to the Divorce Act, that completely fulfills the report
recommendations. The NDP opposed us during the Committee process,
and have never been supportive of dads.
Conservatives are the only hope for fairness
and reasonableness in Divorce and Family Law. I encourage those who
care, to focus their energy where it will help the most, by working
to elect as many Conservatives as possible. I hope that the many who
are frustrated, not become sidetracked into protest, which does
nothing during an election but undercut our ability to make good
things happen. The Liberals and the NDP will say anything in an
election to get a vote, but they will never deliver “shared
parenting”. Every vote that does not go to a Conservative in the
next election is a vote against “shared parenting”.

The Suggested "Equal Parenting Trek" Weekend Format is follows.

Mid-Week Closed Meetings
/ Planning Meetings on the way to the Roundup
 Intermediate Towns or
Towns not on Arnie's Route might want to have a Mid-Week
Closed Meeting, say on the Wednesday Evening ahead of the
Saturday Roundup.
Friday,
Arrivals Day:
 Arrivals in the late afternoon.
Dinner, Billets set up. Closed Meetings during Friday Evening and
Saturday Morning.
Saturday: Meetings Day:
 Open Speaker Meetings Saturday Morning thru
Saturday Evening. Please have your best
SPEAKERS at
OPEN MEETINGS recorded if you can for uploading to YouTube
for viewing in subsequent Roundups during the EP Progressive
Convention.
Sunday,
March & Farewells Day:
 Gather at your
Muster
Station
at
9 AM
and find the
March Marshalls
to instruct your Group Reps. Your
March will begin and end here.
 Typically
the
Muster Station will be
the local town's
Cenotaph or in the alternativel the Federal Building or Library
about a half-hour's walk to the
Roundup Rally Point ,
typically, the town's senior Courthouse or university Law Faculty.
Take a half hour or so for
Solemn Assembly, a few words from your Group Represetatives, and
a Pause to Remember those who fought in previous wars..
 Your
task is to assemble at the
Muster Station, form
lines two abreast, and with the guidance of the
March Marshalls
and
your Group Reps, march to
the
Roundup Rally Point,
march once around it,, and set up your soapbox
Speakers, standing about them in
an orderly fashion. When they are done about an hour later,
reverse the process, back to the
Muster Station..
The
EP
Trekkers, be they Runners, Cyclists, Classic Cars, or Motorbikes, will
probably depart first, and start circling the buildings at the
Rally Point until your arrival. The March Marshalls will
organize each group's departure. The Marshals ALONE will
converse with passers by and distribute your
literature.
Ideally, your Rally Point will be your
local Courthouse, university Law Faculty or Legislative Buildings, as you message is to
"Take Back the Courts".
Remember, a March is NOT a
Parade, but an assertion of Ownership. To remain
unfettered by licensing requirements, it will be advantageous for the
Trekkers to remain as simple Vehicles on the roadways, and the
Marchers to remain as simple Pedestrians off the roads, careful to
observe
all lawful statutes.
The MARCH MARSHALS ONLY
will distribution literature and call for passers by to tag
along, as you approach the Rally Point , hopefully with
lots of Drums & Pipes, at
11 AM. Have your
Public Speakers over the Lunch
Hour, and return to the Muster Station, by
2 PM
for
the "Fare Well" Please let everything be
done in an orderly
and courteous fashion, mindful of the needs of your fellow
Citizens.
Exercise
without hooliganism your rights of Freedom of
Speech and Freedom of Assembly, and to Petition the Legislature.
These hard-won Freedoms must be exercised. Those of you
who wish to maintain Anonymity way wish to done the Garb of
Vendetta.
Perhaps on Sunday Evening you might even be able to enjoy a
Fireworks display in fond anticipation of the next Meetup in you
town on November 5th at the same March destination.
