This writer's Hypothesis is that the depth of
the atmosphere was much greater in the past, that the loss of
say half of the atmosphere's mass resulted in the dinosaurs
extinction by asphyxiation. Creatures which could adapt to
the now rarified atmosphere by resetting their gene for maximum
size like the Mammals made this transition most easily.

God must submit to the Spiritual Authority over them - the Pastor -
Rick Warren extends the doctrine that the men in Church who will not
submit to the n "Spiritual Authority" of the Pastor must be "disciplined" and
expelled from the Church, for failure to fulfill their Leader's Purpose.
