System by intergalactic standards.

galaxy run faster and faster as they travel away from the
gravitational well, we in the Milky Way are able to have a relatively short history
due to our slow moving clocks, while at
the same time observe astronomic events from distant parts which are ancient
by astronomical standards.

Apparently, the rate of Universe Expansion is
increasing, negating the
"Big Crunch" corollary of the "Big Bang". Note that one of the Speakers refers to the
early Universe as very "hot". As an alternative to Heat as
the energy which is being dissipated beyond the Frontiers of the expanding Universe,
we suggest that the
Strain Energy of the
Space Time Continuum, which we experience as Gravity and the
slow rate of time passage here near the center of the Universe.
It may be that at the limits of the Universe where the rate of time passage
is virtually infinite, it is NOT HEAT but
STRAIN ENERGY which is
dissipating radially.... unfurling Time / Space
