Two Kinds of "Equal Parenting"

There are two kinds of "Equal Parenting" groups:

There are those like us who confine their arguments for Equal Parenting to Natural Parents only, and for the Natural Grandparents. who in the Natural Parent's absence must be be permitted to stand as an Equal Parent against the present Natural Parent..  We say:"Without CAUSE or CONSENT no Child shall be removed from a Natural Parent."  

To our amazement we find that the majority of "Parenting Rights" groups with which we are familiar REFUSE to confine their arguments for primacy of Parental Rights to NATURAL PARENTS,   We think that for the average hearer, this is deceptive and a fraud.  They average person, we think, will assume that "Equal Parenting" refers to the two Natural Parents only.

Most "Equal Parenting": groups when we press them on the Natural Parents' question eventually take the position that "there are MANY classes of people NOT related by blood to the Child whose "rights" are being infringed upon when they are not awarded "Equal Parenting" rights with the Natural Parents.  

They often claim that by spending time with a Child, one can accrue Parental Rights.  We REJECT this completely.

They say that by developing a social relationship with a Natural Parents or a Child, basically any adult living in the same household as the Child can accrue Parental Rights which must be "respected". 

Oddly only the man the mother claims is the father is required to pay Child Support and pay the living expenses of these Interlopers.. 

FYI the custom of the Courts is that an unmarried man accused of fathering a Child cannot require a Paternity Test, before having his wages gleaned.  Again False Accusations with Impunity for women are fully supported by these "Femi-Nazi" courts.. 

Neither will a Natural  father  be granted an Adoption Veto thanks to BC Judge Daphne Smith!!! Fathers are now being required to bay Child Support to Adoptive Parents to whom he has lost a Custody Battle.   

We think it's blatantly obvious that you can't ascribe Parental Rights to anyone but the two Natural Parents (or the Natural Grandparents & Natural Siblings in their absence)  without treating Human Beings like cattle whose children are a commodity you  can sell for profit into the lucrative Child Trafficking market.  We reject their assertion a person other than the two Natural Parents have Parental Rights upon the conception of any Child. and that these rights are strengthened the longer the Natural Parent is kept from their child.

The Courts and Lawyers will love the confusion they've brought to this simple  question by giving  "Equal Parenting" to Step Parents and Lesbian Lovers  of a Natural Parent.

FYI, the ideas that the State assigns Rights & Responsibilities to it's Citizen is straight from pre-war Nazi Germany.   Under the British system rights are not State-given, but God Given.

Buying into the Court's position that what rights remain are Children's Rights, is buying into the same position that "<Natural> Parents have no rights", and Canadian Children are at birth the property of the Courts.
