The following is a typical case of what happens to a father and a mother in BC after separation and divorce with children. I hope after reading this you will see the problem with the so called Family Justice System? Can you really say that there is Equality? In both the BC Government and the Federal Government the following situation is acceptable and viewed as fair and equal. Why is this? Why does this continue? Why are there so many individuals that end up homeless? Why are there so many individuals that take their own lives? What are the best interests of the children? I will have you know that I have never once been late with a child support payment and have paid far more than I have had to. Why will nobody step up, speak up and start fixing what has gone totally wrong for myself and many others?  <See Issues:  Child Support Tables / Status of Women's Fraud>

What I Earn as the Father:

What the Mother Receives:

As you can see above I only make $32,400.00 for Net income and $56,322.05 Gross income but the judge ordered me to pay child support and extra expenses based on $60,000.00.

The judge decided that the mothers portion be based on a $14,000.00 income BUT only until her income tax is filed. After the mother files her income tax her portion will drop, allowing her to pay less towards extra expenses. Her portion will drop because she barely worked in 2008 as she makes too much money from the government and does not have to work.

How Proportionate Shares are Calculated: (except in this case the judge set amounts)

Fathers Income “Gross” 60,000.00 60,000.00/74,000.00 = 80% for father to pay

Mothers Income “Net” 14,000.00 14,000.00/74,000.00 = 20% for mother to pay
74,000.00

Can you tell me what is wrong with the following?

How can a person who claims to have $70,000.00 worth of expenses per year and an income of $14,000.00 be capable of having such an amount of assets? I work full time and do not have the amount of assets as she does? I signed over the house to her to make the separation easier on the children and what do I get? I get punished! I left with my clothes plus all the debt and started over and about to lose everything once again.

How can a person (in this case a mother) afford a lawyer all the time? The answer is that they do not have to because judges award them costs meaning the father has to pay their legal fees. What is the problem here? I have given up my lawyer and I know represent myself as I do not have the money to pay a lawyer. How can I be viewed as living a higher quality of life than her? If anyone is living a high quality of life it is her. This happens far too often to people that actually work hard and try their very best.

The following are amounts from our financial statements that as you will see the mother has some fairly unrealistic and untruthful amounts.

Explanation of Day Care:

If an individual in BC wants to receive BC Child Care Subsidy they simply apply and DO NOT need to prove their income as the ministry only goes off of trust. In Alberta they want proof of employment and income not here in BC though. In my situation the mother is barely working and was able to manufacture documents with a friend to receive full time subsidy for unlicensed and unregistered care. She could however go to a licensed and registered day care but I would not have to pay so there is no bonus payment for her so she would not dare do that. This is highly accepted by the governments and the courts and people are getting away with this. Why?

The following is based on the “NET” employment income of the mother in this situation:

I just recently was told by the mother that she is going to find after school care for the middle child even though he has been staying home with the oldest child but since I have been ordered to pay she wants to drain my pockets even more. It’s a game to her!

So to better show you her monthly expenses by way of “reality amounts” and what I have left over after paying her I have put all the charts from above together in one chart below. I have amended her amounts to “realistic” amounts. You will be shocked to see the difference but she continues living in a house that really is too big and expensive for her and also continues to drive. You will find that I no longer have a vehicle, house or place to live as I have no money left to even live in a campground. I can provide documentation to prove my expenses yet she cannot. That seems to be accepted by the government and the so called Family Justice System.



So in the end she has $145.89 left over for pocket money and continues to own a house and a vehicle.

For myself I have $104.58 left over after paying child support, extra expenses and all my debt and have no vehicle or place to live. I cannot find a campground that will accept $104.58 per month for me to even live there.

I am asking for your assistance and I do believe that many individuals in BC and Canada are unaware of the true problems with the Family Justice System and both government. Everything that I have ever worked for will soon be gone. I can understand why others give up and why others take their life. The Family Justice System leaves people with no other option as you can see in my charts.
