National Judicial Institute (NJI) Although Gerry Bellett's
tight lipped article fails to explain the "POLICY', the National
Judicial Institute (NJI) is an independent organization that is
mandated to offer MANDATORY courses to judges and all the
judiciary including law enforcement to receive the "GENDER
SENSITIVITY" indoctrination course". Hence, how the bias is
linked to "policy".

The GENDER SENSITIVITY training program is unknown to the public, as most
slight of hand policies are. It is near impossible to obtain copies of this
program that has not been amended since its creation in the year 1990. Glen
Landolt, lawyer for Real Women of Canada, has personal viewed this program in
its entirety and holds pertinent documents that are not found on RWC's website.
