Beware of the "Parental Rights" IMPOSTER!!!!

"Natural Parent's Rights" Vs "Parent's Rights"
Be on the lookout for the "Parent's Rights"
IMPOSTER. Insist on "Natural Parents Only", please!
It comes as a big surprise to us that many groups
that present themselves as
"Parents Rights" groups REFUSE to defend the
NATURAL PARENT, and and to demand
RESTORATION of
Natural Parents Rights taken from Canadians in the
Homosexual Marriage
legislation.

Instead their position to promote the "rights" of
a "Parent" in the widest sense of the word, making NO distinction
between NATURAL PARENTS and wannaabe
Legal Parents. They have bowed to
University of Victoria's
assertion that the SCC's
Trociuk Decision
"endorses a
Heterosexual View of the Family and must be ignored",
legitimizing the ongoing
Child
Trafficking by the State which views
Canadian
children as State Property and merchandise for sale in the
lucrative Child Adoption
Market They refuse to be hampered by prior obligations to that
pesky Natural Parent who thinks they can
Veto an Adoption.

It appears that many
"Fathers Rights" groups commonly fall in with the United Nations and
Liberal Irwin Cotler's assertion that
the
Child's Right is to be protected, but the Natural Parent has
"NO RIGHTS", making the State, not
the Natural Parents the Protector of
the Child..
Without
Cause or Consent, no Child shall be removed from a Natural Parent!!!

2005-06-15 Mom imprisoned for '89 abduction
In June 1989,
Gisele Marie Goudreault, 46 disobeyed a court order to hand her son
Orey over to his father, Rod Steinmann of Ponoka, who had been awarded
custody. She fled with the boy to Mexico and lived there for four months
before moving to California. ... Justice Peter Martin condemned
Goudreault's
behaviour,
which prevented Orey and his father from being together during the
child's formative years. "They had the right to know and
love each other. "That possibility was totally and irrevocably
destroyed," Martin said. "What this woman did to this man and this
child is every parent's nightmare."

Top court redefines obscenity, Group sex, swinging, no
longer considered bawdy behaviour,
December 22, 2005
2005-12-22 Top court redefines obscenity, Group sex, swinging,
no longer considered bawdy behaviour
In a landmark ruling that shifts the legal
ground under Canadian sexual behaviour, the Supreme Court of
Canada said two Montreal swingers clubs didn't break obscenity
laws because the group sex caused no harm to those doing the
groping, or to society as a whole.
The decision -- hailed as a "stamp of approval" by swingers-club
owners and deplored by conservative groups as a licence for
libertine behaviour -- essentially legalizes group-sex clubs as
long as participants are consenting adults.
The Supreme Court said the club owners were not operating
illegal "bawdy houses," as they had been charged in the Quebec
courts.
The ruling, endorsed by seven of the nine judges, says the
definition of indecency should not depend on what is acceptable
to the community at large, but instead should be based on the
harm a particular activity might cause.
In the cases the court examined, there was no evidence that "the
sexual conduct at issue harmed individuals or society," Chief
Justice Beverley McLachlin wrote in the majority decision.
"Only those already disposed to this sort of sexual activity
were allowed to participate and watch," and at both clubs there
was no evidence of anti-social acts or attitudes, she wrote.
"No one was pressured to have sex, paid for sex, or [was]
treated as a mere sexual object for the gratification of
others."
That the clubs were businesses didn't mean the activities that
took place there were "commercial" -- in other words,
prostitution -- the ruling said.
The only real danger to participants was that they might catch a
sexually transmitted disease, but this is "conceptually and
causally unrelated to indecency," Judge McLachlin wrote.
Two of the Supreme Court judges strongly objected to this view.
Mr. Justice Michel Bastarache and Mr. Justice Louis LeBel said
the activities at the clubs were indecent because they "clearly
offended the Canadian community standards of tolerance."
They said basing a decision merely on potential harm renders the
current concept of indecency meaningless, and "strips of all
relevance the social values that the Canadian community as a
whole believes should be protected."
The majority ruling marks a significant change in Canada's legal
environment, said professor Alan Young of York University's
Osgoode Hall Law School.
"The court is tired of trying to draw lines in the sand in
relation to sexual liberty," he said. "It doesn't seem to be a
judicial task that they want to adopt, and I can't blame them."
Essentially, the court has ruled "when you close the door and
only have invited guests who know exactly what's going on in the
premises, then the law does not extend behind that closed door,"
Prof. Young said.
The ruling dealt specifically with two Quebec Court of Appeal
decisions that came down on opposite sides of the issue. In one
case, the Coeur à Corps bar was acquitted of being a "bawdy
house," while the L'Orage club lost an appeal of a conviction on
similar charges.
At Coeur à Corps, patrons paid $6 to get in after they were
asked by a doorman whether they were "liberated." Every half
hour, a translucent black curtain closed around the dance floor,
and groups of couples engaged in -- or watched -- sex acts.
At the L'Orage club, patrons paid $200 and had to be interviewed
to get access to a top-floor apartment where group-sex acts took
place.
The key question before the Supreme Court was whether the sex
acts were "indecent" under the law.
Noting that "depravity and corruption vary with the eye of the
beholder," Judge McLachlin said it is impossible to set a
community standard of tolerance in a diverse society. As a
result, the court must look at the potential harm in each
situation.
"Grounding criminal indecency in harm represents an important
advance in this difficult area of the law," because it is easier
to draw the line, she said.
Aurora Ben Zion, co-owner of a swingers club in Toronto, said
her establishment has been operating carefully for three years
as a members-only club, behind closed doors. The court has now
"put a stamp on it that that is the legal way to operate."
Joseph Arvay, a Vancouver lawyer who represents the British
Columbia Civil Liberties Association, said the ruling could have
long-term implications for groups ranging from gay-bathhouse
users to prostitutes to marijuana smokers.
"It is very likely that gay bathhouses across the country are
now lawful, and will no longer be subject to harassment and
prosecution by the authorities," he said. The ruling may also
prompt arguments that the "harm-based" approach should be
applied to other issues such as prostitution and marijuana use,
he said.
Conservative groups were shocked by the ruling.
"This is an indication of a court out of control," said Gwen
Landolt, national vice-president of the lobby group REAL Women
of Canada. The seven majority judges are out of touch with
ordinary Canadians, and are "leaping over community standards of
behaviour on the basis of their own ideology and perspective,"
she said.
Experience shows that "wide open sexuality is very detrimental,
certainly to young people," she said. |

Father distraught after losing daughters;
"A social worker was brought to their school Thursday to meet with students and teachers
struggling to cope with their departure, added Todd Lozon of the
St. Clair Catholic District School Board. The girls twice defied
a court order to go with their mother last month. They made it
clear they wanted to stay in Canada with their father. ..
“The place that the children want to be is in Canada,” Mr.
England maintained Thursday. ... "They are
Canadians.” .. Mr. England and his daughters had
been living in the United Kingdom for a year when they returned
to Canada in September for a 10-day visit with Mr. England's
ailing mother. But that visit turned permanent when he learned
his wife had left him for a woman."
2005-03-31 'I want my daddy', Three
<Niagara> girls at the hub of a legal dispute are handed to
their mother <and her new lesbian lover, rules Justice Lucy
Glenn>
CHATHAM -- The England
sisters walked into a children's services building here with
their father yesterday afternoon, sad and sobbing. When they
exited through a back door with their mother three hours later,
they were quiet and subdued. And with that, the
heartbreaking international legal saga that's swirled for months
around Leah, Hannah and Nicola England ended, their father
obeying a judge's order and handing the girls over to his
estranged wife, who will take them back to Britain for the
custody fight.
"Daddy, daddy," Hannah, 7, sobbed as Jonathan England led his
girls into Chatham's Integrated Children's Services building,
where Marla England waited. "I want my daddy."
Shortly before 5:30 p.m. Marla England and her parents -- David
and Roberta Barrett of Niagara Falls -- emerged with the girls,
who were calm, in stark contrast to two previous unsuccessful
exchange attempts. Marla England wouldn't comment on her
plans for her daughters. Jonathan England and his relatives, who
fought hard to keep his daughters here, had already left by
then. .. David Barrett drove off, effectively
ending an emotional day that started with
Justice Lucy Glenn ruling the girls leave Canada almost
immediately. ... Jonathan and Marla England, BOTH
CANADIANS, moved to Britain in September 2003 with their three
Canadian daughters. ONE YEAR later, while Jonathan England
and the girls were visiting ONTARIO, their mother moved in with
her British lesbian lover. England and the girls stayed
here -- which,
Glenn ruled, broke the international Hague Convention.
Because the marriage dissolved in Britain <HAH!>, the girls --
Leah, 10, Hannah and five-year-old Nicola -- must return there
for the parental custody fight, she ruled. In a last-ditch
effort yesterday to keep the children in Canada, Jonathan
England's lawyer pointed to a report by a clinical psychologist
who concluded the girls would "be seriously, psychologically
harmed" if forced to go to Britain. Glenn heard Leah and
Hannah had threatened suicide if they are forced to return. The
judge wasn't swayed from her decision. The fact
remains the children were "unilaterally and unlawfully retained
in Canada by their father," she said. The judge said
Jonathan England was given the opportunity to return his
children to the United Kingdom himself, but didn't.
"I am, of course, very concerned about the mental health of the
children," Glenn said, adding the ordeal may have been easier on
the girls if their father had co-operated from the beginning.
"The children have said all along that they don't wish to
return. . . there were no serious reasons given to satisfy the
court," she said.
Thirty minutes before England took his daughters to the
designated drop-off site on Grand Avenue, his quaint Chatham
bungalow was filled with laughter. Leah and Hannah
skipped through the house and lay on the backyard grass with
their cousin, talking quietly. Their bags -- which
sat half-unpacked in the hallway for weeks -- were stuffed with
their belongings again. Nicola, the youngest, seemed unaware of
what was unfolding. "Look at how clean my room is," she
cheerfully told a visitor. .. The girls had
been unaware of yesterday's court date until their father
arrived at to Georges P. Vanier elementary school unannounced.
"As soon as we showed up at the school, they knew. They just
started bawling," family friend Sean Moore said.
...
There was no official word on when the
girls will return to Britain, where
Marla England lives with her partner, Amanda Cambridge.
Jonathan England, who plans to fight in the U.K. for custody of
his daughters, didn't know when he would hear from them again.
"He has no way, means or format (to know) how he's ever going to
contact them again," David England said.
"It just seems incomprehensible." |

"Greetings from Vancouver BC Canada and the Burnaby
Batman.
This afternoon at 3:15 PM Batman walked along the freeway
overpass at Boundary Rd. and Broadway. At mid span he climbed over the
edge and jumped down upon a ledge about 5 feet below that extended outward
for about ten feet and was about 35 feet above Broadway ave..............For those commuters heading home, were in absolute shock
to witness Batman climbing over the edge and jumping down. For those
individuals it would appear that I was leaping to my death, lol.
As I did so I saw many quickly grabbing for their phones................Once I was upon the ledge I walked outward the ten
feet,35 feet directly above Broadway Ave. Those motorists below now seeing
me above them were shocked also with many looking straight up with utter
confusion...........I then raised my sign which read: Have A Heart with a red
cutout heart with Dad written within it. Below that it read " F4J Canada"
and below that our web address. At this point our camera person was now in
position and clicking away.......Traffic heading east and west could also see me from
above being only able to see me from the waist up. The motorists
loved it and to them it would have the illusion affect of me floating in
mid air.... Their horns were going in support and many were now on their
cells.......... I remained perilously perched for the next ten minutes
when a little bird inside me told me it was time to vacate. I
did............When the camera person and I were leaving from the
McDonald's parking lot minutes away the first patrol car arrived..........This Bat and his co pilot made a hasty retreat, getting
away to fly another day.......... At 3:42 while exiting Vancouver it was
announced that a protester was putting up signs between Boundary and
Willingdon on 1130 news radio. By 4:00 PM two cop cars were sighted doing
a slow drive by searching for our Bat who was now safely on his way
home....If I had of remained up there for 5 more minutes I would
not be making this post until tomorrow.
Pictures coming by this
evening..........

Greetings from Vancouver BC Canada and the Burnaby Batman
My name is Robert Robinson, aka - Canada's First Batman,
Fathers-4-Justice Canada ............
I am the biological father of **********. Officially unacknowledged
as such in spite of conclusive DNA evidence - the same compelling evidence
that was utilized to substantiate a child support payment from me, but not
compelling enough for the Supreme Court of BC to make an order
acknowledging my paternity. For a daughter I am not permitted to
know, in direct contravention of a Supreme Court of Canada order pursuant
to the Trociuk decision in June of
2003. ...
Nearly two years ago I donned my cape and took to the skies in Burnaby BC
Canada in search for justice for all those who know the pain and suffering
of being alienated from their kin. On May 22, 2004 I scaled the tower
crane at Middle Gate Mall in Burnaby BC on a dark and rainy night dressed
as Batman and remained perilously perched upon it for 18 hours in protest.
...
In March of 2005 I scaled the Victoria Legislature. The rest is
history. History that is about to repeat itself once
more..................Radio silence is soon to commence.

Greetings
liberators from Vancouver BC Canada and
the Bat.
Last night
Fathers4Justice Canada, Vancouver team
members camped the night (In Camper)
outside of the Empress Hotel in Victoria
BC. The Same Empress Hotel hosting a
judicial conference Feb.7,8&9. With this
years focus being children and families.
Gives new meaning to the phrase "a den
of thieves".

Nonetheless these brave Vancouver souls,
Robin QC, BC Hulk and the infamous BC
Tackler, armed with air horns and
sleeping bags kept the hotel security
busy most of the night with the air
horns continuously blasting. Heaven
forbid they may have kept some poor
tired judge up all night.
By 9:30
am this morning Vancouver team members
were to be joined by Victoria team
members the Green Lantern, Victoria
Superman, the amazing Victoria Spiderman
and the Joker. Together team members
infiltrated the target zone, easily
slipping by security and into the safety
of a public washroom to change into
their costumes. Unfortunately, our
heroes inside the building were soon
apprehended by security before they
could make their way into the conference
room. Team members were promptly
escorted from the facility and ushered
outside to be joined by fellow team
members already in position outside as
decoys with banners and air horns
blasting. Damn, they must have reviewed
our crashing of the law society Xmas
dinner back in 2005 and realized what we
were up to, lol.
Nonetheless Victoria's finest were
soon upon the scene and warned that any
further attempts to enter the facility
would be met with trespassing charges
and immediate arrest. As such
Fathers4Justice Canada members continued
their protest outside, in full gear,
banners and air horns blasting until 2
pm.
Further details and pictures soon to
follow. Together we will
change the world.
Fathers4Justice leading the way.
Cheers:

Subject: West Coast Alert - Vancouver BC - Spiderman and the Hulk
commandeer Pattullo and Alex Fraser bridge To: Greetings from
Vancouver BC Canada and the Burnaby Batman.
This morning as the sun rose over the lower mainland of BC Canada The
incredible Hulk commandeered the Alex Fraser Bridge which spans the Fraser
River and caters to over 40,000 vehicles a day. Police are now on scene
and two lanes north bound on the Alex Fraser are closed . Police and
emergency vehicles are on hand and the ladder truck extended. The hulk and
his friend are ok and are negotiating with authorities as we speak.
Meanwhile Spider man commandeered the Pattullo bridge that also spans the
Fraser river joining Surrey BC to New Westminster. Spidey's large
banner is flying proud and he was last seen waving to those below. Police
and emergency vehicles are also on hand and have now shut down the bridge
diverting traffic to where? Must keep this short as much is
developing........

CFAC expressed great concern about the costly
daycare plan from the Martin Liberals. Brian Rushfeldt, Executive Director of CFAC said, “Martin’s comparison of child care the nationalized Medicare system
is a bizarre solution to a real problem. It rather exposes some of Martin’s
hidden agenda on the issue of family. A policy that attempts to remove children
from homes and put them into institutional care is extreme and extremely
anti-family. It is extremely costly also.
A much better way to help families and
ensure parental choice in child care is to reduce taxes for all, and even
eliminate taxes for low income families." We oppose a huge bureaucracy to
panhandle family’s tax dollars. Collecting taxes only to charge you to return
the money is foolish and costly policy.
In a peer-reviewed study of Quebec's daycare
program entitled 'Universal Childcare, Maternal Labour Supply, and Family
Well-Being', the authors found what they called striking evidence that children
in that province's system are worse off behaviorally and physically, but so are
their parents. (To view this study go to
http://www.canadianvalues.ca/issues.aspx?aid=76.)
Why does Martin call his plan nationalized
instead of socialized? Why does Martin claim this as a right instead of parent’s
choice ? What is the real agenda behind the urgent push of Liberal’s for
institutionalized child care?
Dr. Charles McVety, President, CFAC says
"Young families need direct financial
help to nurture their pre-school children in those formative years. The last
thing they need is Soviet style daycare forced upon them by oppressively high
taxes to pay for a wasteful government scheme".
Socialist policy has a dismal record in nation
after nation. It is now confirmed that the “dismal record” is the Martin
Liberal’s “Canadian values”.

"Abstract Forty adults who were alienated from a parent as a
child participated in a qualitative research study about their experience. A
content analysis was conducted on the transcripts and a comparison was
undertaken to identify similarities between alienating parents and cult
leaders. Results revealed that
adults whose parents alienated them from their other parent described the
alienating parent much the way former cult members describe cult leaders.
The alienating parents were described as narcissistic and requiring
excessive devotion and loyalty, especially at the expense of the targeted
parent. The alienating parents also were found to utilize many of the
same emotional manipulation and persuasion techniques cult leaders use to
heighten dependency on them. And, finally, the alienating parents seemed to
benefit from the alienation much the way cult leaders benefit from the cult:
they have excessive control, power, and adulation. Likewise, the
participants reported many of the same negative outcomes that former cult
members experience such as low self-esteem, guilt, depression, and lack of
trust in themselves and others. These findings can provide a useful
framework for conceptualizing the experience of parental alienation and
should also be useful for therapists who provide counseling and treatment to
adults who experienced alienation as a child."...Please visit
www.helpstoppas.com for more
information on Parental Alienation.
Editor's Note: Our observations are that BC MCFamilies and most
Family Courtrooms behave in this cult-like, "Feminarcissistic" pattern.
Go to any Chapters' bookstore and browse the "Women's' Studies" area.
You will find reams on "The Goddess" and feminist neo-Pagan imagery used in
this literature portraying the female as innately Divine, and the male as
innately Evil, using terms like "Mother Earth" and "Father Rain(Storm)",
etc.

James Moore. Moore voted FOR Homo-Marriage rights and AGAINST
the rights of Natural Parents. Under the Liberals (who were split on the
issue roughly 3:1) the term "NATURAL PARENT"
is now
being removed from Canadian Legislation and being replaced with the term
"LEGAL PARENT". These changes eliminate the
right of ALL natural parents - Mothers and Fathers alike - to parent their
own natural children. Natural Parents will soon require the
authorization of a Judge - many of whom are clearly Homophillic - to become the
"Legal Parent" of their own children.
FYI: The position that Natural Parents should have no
rights is being promoted by the UVIC
Law Faculty. In response to the Trociuk SCC decision that
"Trociuk was right.
It was a
no-brainer in her view: Mothers and fathers should be equal."
UVIC quickly sent staff on a damage control mission. At UBC,
UVIC staff said the Trociuk decision was a "mistake" and a
"bad decision".
"She believes the decision is
"a
disheartening endorsement of biological concepts of parenthood", "an
increasingly fictional creation narrative." "It legitimates a heterosexual
view of the family," she said."
Over the course of about forty-five minuets, UVIC explained that
Trociuk was "the result of
inexperienced SCC Judges" because it was
"highly destructive to Homosexual Rights in parentage"

Shared Parenting: A Conservative government will make the necessary changes
to the Divorce Act to ensure that in the event of a martial breakdown, the
Divorce Act will allow both parents and all grandparents to maintain a
meaningful relationship with their children and grandchildren, unless it is
clearly demonstrated not to be in the best interests of the children.

EVENT
ANNOUNCEMENT:
Saturday Sep 3, 2005 - Best news at:
www.fathers.ca
2001:
May 28 In consideration of the Appeal of BC resident
Mr Darrel Trociuk after three
years in the courts below, a BC Court of Appeal Panel of three
Madam Justices: Southin, Prowse and
Newbury, declared that "fathers have no rights".
Global
News Video news clip for Sept. 3 2005
2003:
June 6. Nine Justices of the Supreme Court of Canada Unanimously
disagreed with the BCCA ruling above, and gave the province of BC one
year to correct the defect in legislation that allowed judges to
blatantly discriminate against man in Family situations.
2004: September the BC government had still
defied the meaning of the SCC order in their "amending
legislation",
which did nothing at all to stop the discrimination and blatant abuse
against fathers that had been ruled unlawful.
2005: September: Father's Rights
activists Fathers 4 Justice now feel forced to demonstrate. against the
courts and government of BC. They do so at great personal risk and at
great personal cost, and notwithstanding the possible inconvenience of
some of their fellow citizens, because of the injustice being done by
the BC government and courts, to fathers and families in general, by
their stubborn and perverse refusal to treat fathers with the dignity
and respect to which they are both legally and morally entitled. -f4j-

MP Pat O'Brien leaves Liberal caucus to sit as an independent MP over same-sex
politics;
Vote Marriage
Canada endorses for MP . . .;
2005-04-13
Liberal MP Kilgour Quits Liberal Party, O'Brien Soon to Follow
From
a USA perspective...
"I understand Prime Minister Paul
Martin would not allow his Liberal Party members of Parliament to vote their
consciences on the gay-marriage issue. Is that correct?
It was even worse that that. Actually, he wouldn't allow
members of his Cabinet — the Cabinet is made up of elected officials in Canada —
to vote their consciences in Parliament. That is almost 40 members of a
308-member House.
One Cabinet minister resigned his Cabinet post because he felt
so strongly about the issue. Unfortunately, there were a number of other Cabinet
ministers who decided to keep their Cabinet positions — and the perks and
salaries that went with it — and they reneged on the promises they made to their
constituents to defend traditional marriage.
But the Conservative Party leader, Stephen Harper, has
pledged to take a different approach?
He has. He would allow everyone in Parliament to take a free
vote. Whether they were Cabinet ministers or backbenchers, they would all have a
chance to vote their conscience or the will of their constituents."
