Heterosexual View of the Family and must be ignored",
legitimizing the ongoing

Trafficking by the State which views

Market They refuse to be hampered by prior obligations to that
pesky Natural Parent who thinks they can
Veto an Adoption.
It appears that many

"NO RIGHTS", making the State, not

due to SCP awards (~84% in Iowa, ~92% in BC) being "Uncontested" by
fathers. A large fraction on SCP awards (dare we say most)
result from Dads being told of the "inevitability" and "best
interests of the child" of Sole Custody awards, and the
overwhelming expense of trying to fight becoming the NCP. So
far as we know Fathers are NOT told of their Charter Rights by their
Lawyers wrt custody matters. They ARE assured <falsely> that the
status of an NCP parent will be respected in parenting their child.
Before these young fathers find out the disgusting facts of life in
Family Court, it is too late and too expensive to fight the SCP
Award effectively. Few Dads have the resources to fight the
entrenched Femi-Narcissism of the Family Courts and Family Services.
In BC, the BC Court of Appeal is a farcical body of Judicial
Henchmen which must gone through before before going to the SCC.
Few fathers have the stamina to get that far. Our experience
is that even when a father gets a favorable Judgment from the SCC,
as in Trociuk, the BC Courts
simply IGNORE the rather obvious Charter Rights violations of the BC
Courts against BC Fathers.

Recent court rulings that lowered the
penalty for teachers who had sex with students are forcing
the
B.C. College of Teachers to rethink its high standards
for professional conduct, registrar
Marie Kerchum said Thursday.
The college's professional standards say educators should
not have sex with children or students -- with or without
consent -- and the college, in disciplining teachers who
have breached that standard, has usually imposed the
toughest penalty possible by cancelling teaching
certificates.
But
B.C. Court of Appeal decisions in two separate cases
have signaled that the college should ease up, Kerchum said.
"There are
very serious precedents ... [that] really question the
standards we have set,"
she said of rulings in the cases of
Patrice Ellen Mitchell and
David Michael Young.
"If the courts
are saying it's okay once in a while and on some occasions,
what are we to do about that? We have to adjust to the rule
of law set in the higher court."
Mitchell was 26 and teaching in Vancouver when she had a
sexual relationship with a 14-year-old male student in the
mid-1980s.
Young, also 26, was teaching in Chilliwack when he had a
sexual relationship in the late 1990s with a 16-year-old
female student.
Both admitted to the affairs, although Mitchell's did not
come to light until years later, when the boy filed a
complaint.
The college cancelled their teaching certificates, but the
two appealed. The courts found the cancellations too harsh a
punishment and imposed, instead, a two-year retroactive
suspension for Mitchell in February 2005 and a one-year
retroactive suspension for Young in 2001.
In the Young case, the courts said the most extreme penalty
should be reserved for the most extreme case. His was not
considered extreme, the court said, because he was only 10
years older than the student, their relationship was an
enduring one that had been accepted by the girl's mother and
he was at low risk of similar misconduct in future.
On Wednesday, The Vancouver Sun revealed that Young, now 35,
is being investigated by the college again -- this time for
allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a
16-year-old student while he was teaching at Williams Lake
secondary school. He resigned after the allegations came
forward earlier this year.
When licences are cancelled, teachers have a right to
reapply after two years, but must prove to the college's
satisfaction that they are rehabilitated. There is no such
requirement in the case of licence suspensions.
Kerchum said she fully expects lawyers will use the two
court decisions in future to argue against licence
cancellation for teachers who are found guilty of similar
misconduct. "It really reduces our ability to make a strong
statement in this area . . . and uphold a strong standard."
Education Minister Shirley Bond said she was not aware
of the college's concerns nor of details of the cases. Asked
if she thinks the college's standards are too high with
respect to sexual relations involving students, she replied:
"The teaching profession is a calling and teachers are
in positions of trust. Of course, we believe that that
should be measured by the highest standard of appropriate
behaviour." <more meaningless

Kerchum said
the Mitchell ruling was more
troubling for the college than
the Young case because the
student was only 14 and learning
English-as-a-second-language.
The students in both cases were
found to have been willing
partners, but police were only
involved in the Mitchell case.
She was charged with gross
indecency and sexual assault
after the boy filed a complaint
with police in 1996 but was
acquitted by a jury in 1998. Her
trial was told the sex was
consensual and didn't start
until the boy was 14, the age of
consent. Although the age
of consent is 18 when one person
is in a position of authority,
Mitchell had ceased to be the
boy's teacher before they began
having sex.
The students have not been
publicly identified.
Irene
Lanzinger, vice-president of the
B.C. Teachers' Federation, said
the union doesn't believe the
college is generally too harsh
with discipline. "Sometimes they
are and sometimes they aren't,"
she said. "Every case needs to
be looked at individually and
every teacher has a right to
appeal the decision of the
college, and that's appropriate.
"We have a system where the
courts do get to decide that."

making the threats, we were surprised to discover how animated
and aggressive the Homosexual communities were about shutting
down the push being made for Equal
Parenting generally across Canada. The Panelist
listed off a long list of groups that had made the personal and
general threats. (Apparently some of these
groups murder people all time, but PC reporting will rarely
allow the gore or the politically incorrect facts to be
reported. Let the Reader be warned. ) We had no idea
at the time why the Homosexuals would be so concerned about
shutting down Equal Parenting. We had wrongly presumed
them to be docile

deserving of a kind word from the rest of us.

of their courts and simply count the number of
cases based on 3 categories. Civil, criminal and
family - which is just how the courts keep their
records. I have done so in BC, and the record is
stunning. 20% criminal, 40% civil, and 40%
FAMILY! .. That means that 40%
of the business lawyers generate, and at least
40% of the revenue they generate (presumably for
their own children, rather than their clients'),
comes from exploiting marriage and common-law
relationships that necessarily include the
"custody of" children. ..
this will only stop a nanosecond (as that will
be all it takes) after the first rope snaps taut
around the first neck of the first judge to be
hanged for this child abuse, conspiracy to

Physical Care Interview Segment #1; Note popular LIE by
the Social Work Professor about prejudice in Custody awards being
due to SCP awards (~84% in Iowa, ~92% in BC) being "Uncontested" by
fathers. A large fraction on SCP awards (dare we say most)
result from Dads being told of the "inevitability" and "best
interests of the child" of Sole Custody awards, and the
overwhelming expense of trying to fight becoming the NCP. So
far as we know Fathers are NOT told of their Charter Rights by their
Lawyers wrt custody matters. They ARE assured <falsely> that the
status of an NCP parent will be respected in parenting their child.
Before these young fathers find out the disgusting facts of life in
Family Court, it is too late and too expensive to fight the SCP
Award effectively. Few Dads have the resources to fight the
entrenched Femi-Narcissism of the Family Courts and Family Services.
In BC, the BC Court of Appeal is a farcical body of Judicial
Henchmen which must gone through before before going to the SCC.
Few fathers have the stamina to get that far. Our experience
is that even when a father gets a favorable Judgment from the SCC,
as in Trociuk, the BC Courts
simply IGNORE the rather obvious Charter Rights violations of the BC
Courts against BC Fathers.

of Femi-Narcissism in government agencies must be a learnt
behavior. Having been confronted so frequently by the
Femi-narcissist's Double-Talk in government offices, it seems
clear the doctrines of Femi-Narcissism are taught
at our University's departments of Women's Studies, Law, Social
Work,

Education. We all know that for a graduate student to get
funding they must take the position of their
Supervisor, and in these cases adopt a position of
Father-Hatred,
Misandry, and
Homosexualism. BC Families would be well served
by MPs, MLAs, and government Administrators who eliminate

child, how the child's time will be divided between the parents and
how each parent will facilitate the child's time with the other
parent, arrangements in addition to court=ordered child support for

disagreements affecting the child including changes that arise due
to the child's age and developmental needs, and any other issues the
court may require. If the court denies the request for joint
specific findings of fact and conclusions of law that the awarding
of joint physical care is not in the best interest of the child. In
determining the best interest of the child relative to the denial of
a request for joint physical care, the court shall consider that the
best interest of the child includes the opportunity for maximum
continuous physical and emotional contact possible with both
parents, unless direct physical or significant emotional harm to the
child may result from this contact.
EXPLANATION
This bill provides that in awarding
joint physical care to parents under the dissolution of marriage
chapter, joint physical care may be awarded to both parents based
upon a request by either parent either during the proceedings on the
initial dissolution petition or during the proceedings on a
modification of the original custody order. The bill creates care by
either parent is in the best interest of the child and places the
burden of proof to rebut the presumption on the party denying that
joint physical care is in the best interest of the child. In
determining the best interest of the child relative to the denial of
a request for joint physical care, the court is to consider that
best interest of the child includes the opportunity for maximum
continuous physical and emotional contact possible with both

countries including Britain, Italy, Japan, Germany, Israel,
Turkey, China, Kosovo, Canada and the United States.
Misunderstood and widely tolerated, sex trafficking has become a
multi- billion dollar underground industry. ...
According to the International Herald Tribune, human trafficking
is the fastest growing form of organized crime in Eastern
Europe. Kidnapped and/or lured by those who prey on their
dreams, their poverty, and their
naiveté,
Eastern European women are trafficked to foreign lands -- often
with falsified visas -- where they become modern day sex slaves.
Upon arrival, they are sold to pimps, drugged, terrorized, caged
in brothels and raped repeatedly. For these women and young
girls, there is no life, no liberty and no chance for a happy
and meaningful future. ...
The film focuses on the
remarkable story of Viorel, a Ukrainian man on a mission to find
his pregnant, trafficked wife in Turkey. Our hidden cameras
follow Viorel as he travels to Turkey; his only lead the
telephone number of the pimp who, he believes, has Katia in his
possession. To secure his wife's release, after days of
desperate efforts, Viorel poses as a trafficker and sets out to
buy his wife back. We follow Viorel to his meeting with Katia's
captor and from there into the world of trafficked women.
   NOTE:
Viorel successfully retrieves his wife Katia. Together
they prepare to testify against the Perpetrators, but the Courts
do not tell them the Trial Date. In their absence, the
Judge sentences the Perp to five years imprisonment according to
Statute, then drops the sentence to five years probation.
We are all too familiar with similar events here in the BC
Judicial System and Public Servant to make children available to
government employees and contractors. Nationally, to
comply with the SCC's desire for Homo-Marriage, the Liberals
plunged headlong into a draconian elimination of Natural
Parental
Rights
and your right to protect your children from
the State. The Judges have already claimed a
treasonous Supremacy over Parliament which the Liberals refused
to rebut or discipline. For many years, the Judges have
been replacing the authority of Canadian Statute and Parliament
with
Judicial Globalization. Watch for worse things
to come if we do not receive from the
Conservatives an aggressive re-assertion of Parliamentary
Supremacy over the Judiciary and a
Judicial Accountably Act to remedy the recent problem of
Judicial Treason and
