into the Court's position that what rights remain are Children's Rights,
is buying into the same position that "<Natural> Parents have no

Ask a lawyer what "Common Law" is and they will
likely tell you it is
"Judge Made Law", and expand up this to say
"Common Law is whatever the Judges are commonly saying these days".
This is
completely FALSE. The Judges are Agents of the Crown
and they BY DEFINITION Judges
are WITHOUT CAPACITY to make any law whatsoever. Since
1649, only PARLIAMENT
has the Capacity to make Law.
British Common law was NOT created by Judges, it was only observed
and documented by individuals sent out by the newly Norman Crown after
the
Norman Conquest of 1066 to observe and codify the laws and
customs of the various peoples of Britain.. This was done with a
view to aggregate existing customs which may vary across the land,
into a unified body of Laws. The Authority quoted by the Commoners
in their administration of
Common Law were frequently direct quotations from the
Bible and principles
of
Danelaw
The process of documentation took only a couple of
hundred years, and the product was a STATIC body of Law which was
historical, popular, and has served in the intervening centuries as a
Benchmark against which
Statutory Law may be measured for "Fairness".

The UK Courts shouldn't allow Canadian Law or a Canadian Lawyer
presenting Canadian arguments in a UK Court. They should
immediately consider the possibility of trying for Treason anyone
pushing Canadian Law into UK Courts.

We have great news. There is a joint physical care bill that has
taken us completely by surprise. SF507 just passed out of the Senate
Judiciary committee and is now on its way to the Senate Floor. Below
is a copy of the bill that is exactly what we have been working for.
Since HF22 was passed into law (2004) we have been watching the
court rulings. What we have found is that most judges approved of
the law but a small few ignored it. One of them was Judge Pelton and
as you know we took action against him. The second thing we found is
that most judges do not find existing cases to qualify for joint
physical care. They claim that the bill is not considered a change
of circumstance; well the legislators appear to disagree with the
courts. SF507 will give every parent the right to request JPC, in
addition make it very difficult for the courts to deny it. This is a
very important bill and it needs your help for it to have a chance
to become law this year......

"Section 1. Section 598.41,
subsection 5, paragraph a, Code 2007, is amended to read as follows:
a. If joint legal
custody is awarded to both parents, the court may award joint
physical care to both joint custodial parents upon the request of
either parent during the proceedings on the initial dissolution
petition or during the proceedings on a modification of the original
custody border. A
rebuttable presumption exists that a request for
joint physical care by either parent is in the best interest of the
child, the burden of proof to rebut the presumption rests on the
party denying that joint physical care is in the best interest of
the child, and such party shall demonstrate that joint physical care
is not in the best interest of the child by clear and convincing
evidence. If the
court finds by clear and convincing evidence that joint physical
care is not in the best interest of the child and denies the request
for joint physical care, the determination shall be accompanied by
specific findings of fact and conclusions of law that the awarding
of joint physical care is not in the best interest of the child. In
determining the best interest of the child relative to the denial of
a request for joint physical care, the court shall consider that the
best interest of the child includes the opportunity for maximum
continuous physical and emotional contact possible with both
parents, unless direct physical or significant emotional harm to the
child may result from this contact.
Existing Legislation: Iowa Code 2003: Section 598.41;
"1. a. The court, insofar as is reasonable
and in the best interest of the child, shall order the custody
award, including liberal visitation rights where appropriate, which
will assure the child the opportunity for the maximum continuing
physical and emotional contact with both parents after the parents
have separated or dissolved the marriage, and which will encourage
parents to share the rights and responsibilities of raising the
child unless direct physical harm or significant emotional harm to
the child, other children, or a parent is likely to result from such
contact with one parent. ... "
Iowa's Bill HF22, Presumption of Joint Physical
Custody
"If joint legal custody is awarded
to both parents, the court may award joint physical care....
If the court denies the request for joint physical care, the
determination shall be accompanied by specific findings of fact and
conclusions of law that the awarding of joint physical care is not
in the best interest of the child. b. If
joint physical care is not awarded under paragraph "a", and only one
joint custodial parent is awarded physical care, the parent
responsible for providing physical care shall support the other
parent's relationship with the child. Physical care awarded to one
parent does not affect the other parent's rights and
responsibilities as a joint legal custodian of the child.
Rights and responsibilities as joint legal custodian of the child
include, but are not limited to, equal participation in decisions
affecting the child's legal status, medical care, education,
extracurricular activities, and religious instruction."
Gary Smalley is a Promise
Keepers Cult promoter and book seller. He promotes
Femi-Narcissism, selling books and
seminars to church women, teaching them to "discipline" their husbands and
get what they want by setting demands that must be met in order not to be
Divorced. The criteria to be met is that the wife must be provided with
"whatever will make her happy" and make her "want to stay married". Of
course this is a disastrous basis for any relationship. It defines the
ground rules of relationship with a woman to be one of a Servant to
a
Narcissist or worse.
Smalley along with many of the
James Dobson crew teach that
a woman is a "Responder" and a man is an "Initiator". By this they mean that
even when a woman "responds" by screaming, throwing things around or hitting her
husband she is is not responsible for her behavior because it was the husband
that "initiated" her "Response".
Some Promise Keepers
Churches (and we suppose it's many) will even tell you that when your wife is
off in an Adulterous relationship she cannot be faulted because her adultery is
not an indication of her moral failure, but an indication of YOUR FAILURE to
sufficiently provide her "EMOTIONAL NEEDS" and "LOVE HER SACRIFICIALLY" in the
home so that she "wouldn't want to" seek outside the home to have her "needs"
met.
Whereas a misbehaving woman may be attracted to Smalley's
doctrines of
"Initiator & Responder" to excuse herself, believing the his doctrines will
do severe damage to her as a Person. Think about it. Smalley teaches
her to believe she is a creature that is by nature driven by emotions and
feelings, and that by being the "weaker vessel" she is without the higher brain
functions of self regulation and therefore without moral culpability for
her own misbehavior. We think believing Smalley's doctrines is
sufficient to create a condition of
Learnt Narcissism in these
"Women of Faith".
On discovery of the much encouraged "Trial Separation" for
"Counseling", husbands are also told by Smalley, Dobson, and many others
that on penalty of loosing their marriages they must comply not only with the
new Narcissism of their wives, but also commit to comply with the
requirements of their
"Spiritual Authority" the local Promise Keepers
"Leader" and a
"Mentor".
For your own good, of course, the
details of your life will be discussed with increasing ranks of the Promise Keepers
hierarchy as required in order to help you overcome "your problem". This
writer sees this as a reinstitution of The Confessional.
A suffering Promise Keeper told us
that there are only the two objectives in "PKs". They are:
1) Submission
to the Spiritual Authority ("Tithing" & "Giving" your
"Time, Talent, and Treasure" and
2) No
"Impurity"which means in practical terms, no masturbation, which
PKs say is "self worship",
constitutes Adultery,
and is religious grounds for Divorce.
This seems to be verified by this writers' observations and by
many other PKs who are highly supportive of such teachings and the disciplinary
actions taken when 1 & 2 are not obeyed.. Witness the
Purpose Driven Church of an even more malicious cult leader in
Rick Warren.
To help you with your "Purity" goals, PKs set up
"Accountability Groups" during which you are expected to talk about your
masturbation experiences in the past, how long it's been since you last
masturbated, and how you are doing so you won't masturbate, etc.. He
reported that he was having a terrible time with sexual arousal during his
Promise Keeper meetings, and he was now
thinking he may be a Homosexual. He believed others in the meetings were
having the same problem.
BTW these PK teachings are NOT be supported by the Bible.
"Onanism", as they call it, had nothing to do with masturbation. It
was about
Onan defeating the intent of the Law, and his stealing the Inheritance of
his brother's widow.
Smalley says he became involved in his
"Ministry" through his employment at
Bill Gothard Ministries' in the 1980's. There it seems
he learned Gothard's cultish doctrines of authoritarian
"Mentorship" and submission to
"Spiritual' Authority"

the cusp of loosing his marriage. Somehow, he decided to
take the required position that he must become the
Family Scapegoat, and never include his wife in any failure
or problem if he wanted to stay married. He did so,

this constitutes a "good marriage". Sales into the Church
market were swift..
In his books and his same-sex Seminars,
Smalley teaches women and men separately, Like
the
Bill Gothard Seminars, before attending a Seminar, Smalley's
Disciples are required to commit to secrecy and forbidden
from telling the other sex what went on at their same-sex
Seminars. This also is a characteristic of a Cult.
The theme we consistently find when we look
at both the "His" and "Hers" books Smalley writes is that men
are to submit to Smalley's
Family Scapegoat model while women are to make their
"feelings" clear, and demand the husband commit to keeping her
"feelings" his top priority if his marriage is to continue.
We describe Smalley's model for women as that of the
Family Narcissist, or very often, the family
Sadist.
Add to this Brandt's anti-Biblical doctrine
that "Anger is a Sin"
and that a
"Godly Woman" will not tolerate being around "sin" and you
have a recipe for lots of
Emotional Battery and sadistic
Anthropophagia..

Arterburn in the 2000's appears to be carrying on the
Promise Keepers
/ Bill Gothard / Gary Smalley message of "Femi-Narcissist" theology in
Arterburn's new
books paralleling Smalley's twin books "If Only he knew"
for men and “For
Better or Best” for women.
This brand of author doesn't
believe in a single book for both men and women. Again, the sexes are
separated, and are instructed in separate same-sex Seminars. Women
are told there ("Women
of Faith conferences") not to tell their husbands what they discuss there
because it is
"Women's' Wisdom" and not to be revealed to us lowly males.
Recent Arterburn quotes from television (2006-03-31) include
"Just
tell him <your husband> you won't have sex with him until he reads my book"
and, to the men he says..
"Do you
want to be right, or do you want to have sex tonight."

such an insensitive man……. 'How do you put up with such a

Smalley does like to grind away at the "Men
are such beasts" themes.

for us to figure out that every time she had been
disrespectful to me I had I had either got out of bed
grouchy or been critical of her most of the day. I hadn’t
earned her respect. It was amazing. All three things I had
felt she should change were a direct result of my failure to

interfering with the "God's Purpose", (that is the Pastor's Purpose) are
to be marginalized and eliminated from the Community. Secret
"Pastor's Conferences" provided to teach how to take over the assets of
existing churches, convert them to the
Peter Drucker (Warren's "Mentor") model of greatest utility,
and eliminate Dissenters. No refunds
on Tithes.
The Purpose Driven methods are
Peter Drucker version
of Eugenics
applied
in a Church context.. The objective is to accomplish what
Promise Keepers failed to do (build a Global Church by the Year 2000)
and bring about
"World Peace".
While applying
Drucker's principles in a Corporate
setting, it IS a responsibility of .management to protect the interests of
the Stockholders, in a Church Setting Dricker's applicaton of
Eugenics
in the a Church Community is the
Anti-Thesis of
a Biblical Church. In Church, there is no
payroll for which Utility can be Maximized (except the pastors), and
Warren's "Workers" ARE
the Share-holders. The Maximum Utility of course will be achieved

Christian community.
Denominations are BAD. Global Unity is
good. PKs will rectify
Denominational Disunity by
bringing all Churches under a single Authority, a
"Unity of Command" <shiver!!!> by the Year 2000. Church members have to
learn to live under the
"Spiritual' Authority" of the Pastors at PK
Conferences, while Pastors have to learn to live under the
