The first place you want to go is your Sponsor and your Peers at a Meeting.  A lawyer or Government CUPE worker are usually the LAST place to go for help - they are commonly career Activists or have as a boss a Femi-Narcissist.  They will typically get you into deeper and deeper trouble if you let them guide you.  Go to them sparingly and with suspicion.  Go there WITH A PLAN you have prepared in your Equal Parenting Anonymous group with the help of your Sponsor.  Do NOT trust a Government Office worker  until you get to know them VERY well.  If they turn out to be a decent person, they will probably be a Newbie which will find their hands tied by their ugly Boss.   By helping you, they will become a target of Peers, so be especially appreciative if you find someone sincerely trying to help.  They don't seem to last long.

British Civil War's Achievements:

1)  Crown's Irrevocable Settlement of Absolute Powers of Legislation to Parliament as Monarch's Trustees

2)  Crown remains as PROTECTOR of that Settlement of Trust.  (Cromwell refused to be made "King", but instead took the title "Lord Protector".)

3)  Crown retains Powers of Appointment with which to dissolve Parliament and call an Election upon Appeal by the Electorate.  Upon demonstration of a fair election, the Crown as PROTECTOR exercises her Powers of Appointment to assign to the new Government her settled Powers of Legislation.

4)  Crown's role as PROTECTOR of the settled Powers, and Assets (called "The  Common Wealth")  for the exclusive benefit of the Beneficiaries (British Subjects) is delegated in Canada by Appointment to the Canadian Governor General, and Provincial Lieutenant Governors to perform in her absence.

Child's Right to Equal Parenting not forfeited upon Divorce, Judge Dorothy T. Beasley <Georgia > 1993-07-02

"Although the dispute is symbolized by a 'versus' which signifies two adverse parties at opposite poles of a line, there is in fact a third party whose interests and rights make of the line a triangle. That person, the child who is not an official party to the lawsuit but whose well-being is in the eye of the controversy, has a right to shared parenting when both are equally suited to provide it. Inherent in the express public policy is a recognition of the child's right to equal access and opportunity with both parents, the right to be guided and nurtured by both parents, the right to have major decisions made by the application of both parents' wisdom, judgment and experience. The child does not forfeit these rights when the parents divorce.",

Judge Dorothy T. Beasley, of the Georgia Court of Appeals, “In the Interest of A.R.B, a Child, July 2, 1993.

Can Judicial Supremacy be Stopped? Reconsidering the Notwithstanding Power

Rumor has it that you are most likely to find a Family Friendly Judge in Provincial Court.   The problem is that a Provincial Court Judge's ruling can be brought into Supreme Court, where "Family Values" have been displaced by Homophilia and Femi-Narcissism.  Nevertheless, we encourage divorcing couples to BY CONSENT agree to Equal Parenting and register your Agreements in Provincial Courts where you don't need a Lawyer present, and your Costs are by Supreme Court standards non-existent.  See Friendly Parent Legislation (16.10) ignored by Judges

2006-03-05 Judicial Bias at the Ontario Court of Appeal, Roscoe.pdf;   "This study analyzes family law decisions at the Ontario Court of Appeal from the mid 1990’s to the mid 2000’s. Records from 7 judges are compared for over 140 family law cases. ...    It can be concluded a man had a 96.4 % chance of losing on all issues, but a woman had a 92.9 % chance of winning on at least some issues when appearing before Justice Abella .."  Thanks, Peter
