Fathers have custody = 15.6%

For custodial mothers ordered to get child support
74.7% received some of the child support
45.4% received full child support
For custodial Fathers ordered to get child support
67.4% received some of the child support
39.0% received full child support
So who are really the deadbeats? The mothers.
